Benjamin D. Burge, J.D. is a leading patent attorney specializing in strategic preparation, prosecution, counseling, in addition to monetization and litigation support, with a bachelor of science degree in computer engineering.

Burge is a second-generation patent attorney with over 20 years of experience. He worked at Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman where he was trained in patent preparation and prosecution. He served for six years at Intel and five years at Bose Corporation in the area of patent preparation and prosecution.
